Rudy Giuliani served in the Justice Department during Ronald Reagan’s administration and later as the New York City mayor during the 9/11 attacks. He joined Trump’s legal team in April 2018 and began spreading election fraud conspiracies which ultimately led to the January 6th Capitol attack.
JOHN EASTMAN
John Eastman served as Donald Trump's personal lawyer in the period leading up to the Jan 6 attack on the US Capitol. He played a central role in the numerous failed legal challenges to the 2020 election outcome, and was one of the main advocates for the theory that Vice President Pence could overturn the election results.
SYDNEY POWELL
Sidney Powell is a former Trump campaign attorney who rejoined Trump’s legal team in 2020 to aid in his efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential election results. Powell was publicly disavowed by the rest of Trump’s legal team after spreading baseless theories about an international conspiracy to steal the election.

PATRICK BYRNE
Patrick Byrne, former CEO of Overstock.com, is being investigated for advising President Trump on overturning the election and for inciting the January 6th attack on the Capitol.
SCOTT PERRY
Scott Perry is the Republican House representative for Pennsylvania’s 10th congressional district. Perry is a top ally of former President Donald Trump, and was involved in Trump’s effort to overturn the 2020 election. He encouraged Trump to replace top Justice Department leaders after losing the 2020 election and to install Jeffrey Clark as the Attorney General.
